The development trend of hydrogen storage bottles, on the one hand, is to improve their pressure bearing capacity; On the other hand, it is to improve safety by using carbon fiber materials, plastic composite materials, etc. to prevent hydrogen embrittlement reactions and enhance the strength of the bottle body. According to the internal structure, different materials are selected for hydrogen storage bottles, which are mainly divided into pure steel metal bottles, steel inner liner fiber wrapped bottles, aluminum inner liner fiber wrapped bottles, and plastic inner liner fiber wrapped bottles.

The interior of the hydrogen storage bottle mainly consists of three parts: inner liner, middle layer, and surface layer. Inner liner: It is the core component of a hydrogen storage cylinder, mainly used to block hydrogen gas; Middle layer: It is a relatively thick pressure resistant layer, mainly used for pressure bearing; Surface layer: Generally, wrapping materials such as fiberglass are used to protect the internal structure.
